Like - What is the HDR?

Well, the Hyper Dimensional Resonator or HDR is a radionics machine built by Steven Gibbs to function similar to the Philadelphia Experiment. It is an attempt to use powerful magnetic fields to distort time  by altering the flow of chronoton particles, create a time warp, and make time travel possible.

Steven Gibbs claims to have built the first commercially available time machine back in 1985, and that over the last twenty years he has built over 700 time machines.

Steven Gibbs created the Hyper Dimensional Resonator in 1985. He claims that the HDR can be used for astral time travel. 

I have used the HDR to see future events using astral time travel. Most of the people who have bought HDR units from Steven Gibbs claim strange paranormal events occur when they turn on the HDR.

What is the truth about the Philadelphia Experiment?

First, what is the Philadelphia Experiment? What do we know for sure? Very little, since the guv insists that it never happened. It is believed that in 1943 the US Navy was using the USS Eldrige to conduct experiments into invisibility.

The goal of these experiments was to avoid German U-boats, but something went terribly wrong so the Destroyer USS Eldrige was teleported and then both Al Bielek and Duncan Cameron traveled to 1983 - forty years into the future, when the US was working on the Montauk Project. It is believed that Nikola Tesla helped the US develop time travel back in the 1930's and later worked on the Philadelphia Experiment, but dropped out due to the negative effect on the Sailors of the USS Eldrige.

John Von Neumann is supposed to have continued the work on time travel and invisibility. Even so, most of this stuff is based on Tesla tech, case in point - Why do simple Tesla coils boost the Steven Gibbs HDR? The hyper dimensional resonator is an electromagnet and is supposed to work like a miniature version of the Philadelphia Experiment, namely, using magnetism to distort time and space. It is supposed to be based on some of Nikola Tesla unusual inventions. In fact, Steven Gibbs says that Tesla's Zero Time generator can be used to help the HDR. According to Steven Gibbs a Tesla coil will generator the zero vector allowing the Hyper Dimensional Resonator to work better.

I use a Tesla coil with the HDR. In fact, I believe that the Tesla coil is an essential ingredient and asked Steven Gibbs to start selling them. Before getting a Tesla coil I had trouble going more than 10 years forward or backward, now with a Tesla coil boosting the HDR , I can astral time travel hundreds of years forward or backward. The difference in performance is SHOCKING!
